The Franklin Park Public Kick-Off Meeting has been rescheduled forThursday, November 7, 2013 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Four Points by Sheraton, 1201 K Street, NW, Washington, DC.
Anyone with an interest in Franklin Park is invited to come share their ideas for how to improve and enhance the visitor experience of the park. Attendees will hear a project overview including an initial site analysis and conditions report, and the project team will hold a visioning and programming workshop with attendees to gain a deeper understanding of desired park uses and current issues. OP and NPS are partnering with the Downtown DC Business Improvement District and the DC Department of Parks and Recreation on this effort.
