Once again this summer, Coucilmember Jack Evans’ office has partnered with the National Building Museum to offer free admission to their Summer Block Party. Ward 2 day is coming up next Tuesday, August 7th from 9am until 11am. Ward 2 residents will be allowed in one hour before regular operating hours. Please bring proof of your Ward 2 residency.
This year, National Building Museum is featuring “Fun House,” an innovative “home” built inside the Museum complete with a backyard swimming pool full of the balls that were so popular in their Beach project from a few years ago. In addition, there will be story time for the kids, and a mobile library provided by DC Public Library. Jack Evans and his staff will be there as well, and look forward to joining you as you tour the “Fun House” at the National Building Museum, 401 F Street NW.
