• Modification to settlement agreement
• Change C&O to 87 seats to include seating upstairs (old SA limits to 49 seats)

6. Reopen Washington, DC Alcohol Act

• Discussion of the act.
• Possible resolution or letter in support of the act.

7. Sports Wagering

• Discussion of sports wagering venue in 2F
• Bet on Gaming Holdings, LLC asked if such a venue would be welcome in 2F, if appropriate distance from schools
